As Christmas time is coming up soon, I always enjoy some buttery warm cinnamon rolls. Are you a fan of breakfast as much as I am? Funnily enough I knew I loved breakfast, but I didn’t realise people around me noticed that too:) My cousin once told me:”..yeah Myriam! I remember you always loved breakfast!”..Weird how people notice some things about you and you don’t really notice:)
And these are so quick!! This recipe will be awfully short, and you will love it! Just mix the soft butter with the sugar and the cinnamon. Spread this evenly on the 2 sheets of puff pastry, roll up, cut into even pieces, stack into your dish and bake for about 30-40 minutes at 180°C (depending on how thick your slices are). Et voilà:) Done, finito, pronto! Maybe you are interested in other dessert recipes or in my “Starter Kit for Indian Cuisine!”?
